Do not kill me, but would you be able to make the hair black? I know it might destroy the structure of the hair, but worth a try, no? Also, what you might want to do with the bow staff is simply stand it on his right hand side, because right now it blends in and it is not quite clear what he is trying to do (it is obviosly the center of the bow, but he is neither aiming, no holding it at ease in this position. Here are a couple of pictures with bowmen handling bows in a pretty fantasy settings:

I've tried to do the black hair.
In the middle picture something is wrong with the hands. I am not sure what,
maybe they are too small.

Um..the left hand has a thick black outline around it..which may be your problem..and the two hands don't seem to relate to each other size-wise in the middle picture...although its hard to tell so i might be wrong. They're good tho

I like the right one best, it's perfect!

The middle one: What I'm missing is that the shoulders don't seem to reflect how he's holding the arms - if you know what I mean.

Um... it should probably be large enough to handle that ToB epilogue thing, I'm not sure if I'll use it myself, though the longer I think about it, the more likely I will if you make it available.. ^_^

that looks not quite right... it's something with the chin as compared to the eyes... it's like you have her narrowed down too far... her face feels uneven... but it does have a great deal of potential*

Wait, I think i know what it is... try mirroring the BG2 image before you try to merge the eyes and that face together...
