I am extremely pleased, proud and happy to announce that First Open Beta of the Edwin Romance is here!

Folks ? a round of applause to Nebukad and Laufey!

They finally did it, after near 2.5 years of waiting you can finally squash our favorite Red Wizard in a hearty embrace and smother him with fiery kisses... Ahem, or take whatever other course of action your passion might require.

The mod lacks only a few minor details that will be added with the full official release. This beta version is fully playable and has been debugged to some degree.

But of course we want you to find more bugs so we all can enthusiastically squash them and free our beloved mod of any lurking menaces.

Any input on bugs, typos as well as suggestions to the improvement of the mod are most welcome and should be posted here in this Forum.

I am going to start a special thread for bugs ? or you can start your own thread.

Thank you very much in advance for reporting these ? without players? input it is hardly possible to finalize the mod.

I haven't gotten any far in it (only to about the third dialogue), but he's exceptionally well-written, I love it!  You guys should be proud.

Glad you like the writing so far. If I may say so myself, the really good stuff comes later on, when you're past that first awkward stage. :edwin: Hope all the rest of you guys will enjoy it as well.

Well, now that Sillari provided me with a very useful alernative to create my own Mod, I've the time and opportunity to proceed with this romanic endeavour after all. Most pleased I am.

Rays opening my eyes
I see thou beside me
A vision so lovely

Though not wanting to disturb thy sleep
I watch over thee
Red Thayvian Angel"

I know, 'tis a rough poem, but 'twas done on the spot. ^^;;
