Are there any NPC's that join your party in SoBH? If so, do they have banters, etc?

Yes. One male bard. He has some comments for Garrick and also for Minsc. You don't have to pick him up if you don't want to. There are some clues he will give you whether you include him in the group or not. He will leave your group before you head back to the mainland. You will see him again in the next mod.Are there any NPC's that join your party in SoBH? If so, do they have banters, etc?
