I know it's not a romance mod, but thinking from what your saying, anything is possible.
Viconia, I don't see her having any problem with it, at times during her conversation about her brother, she showed that she deeply cared about him. (Plus I would not put anything pass a Drow)
Aerie on the other hand I would see having a problem with the PC flirting with his half-sister.
Take care and hope I don't start a whole mess with this question.

I'm not mad at anyone... if it's about me not smiling, I'm just not feeling right... sorry if I sounded snappy
Anyway, I don't think Viconia would have a relationship with her brother to further her power. Even though their mother kept him, I still think Viconia was much more important, being female and all. I'm not really good with Drow, though.
Additionally, I'm pretty sure Viconia really loved her brother, like... a woman loves man. The feeling seemed mutual, too.

All the NPCs will comment at appropriate junctures. As ever, Return to Windspear will act as a guage and test of my NPC writing. I know some better than others.I was wondering if any group reactions to anything that Imoen says is planned, or if the male PC starts flirting with her, will they comment on it?

As you say, from the player end, almost anything will be possible. Obviously I'm only going to be able to cover wide areas, like flirt, friendship, bullying, etc. I can't be too specific, we'd be here till the end of time.
Viconia wouldn't have a problem with it because she doesn't believe a true genetic bond exists between you and Imoen, while Aerie hasn't taken any written stance on the issue. I would imagine she would be against it. I imagine most of them would be, including Imoen.

I've read this three times & I think it makes less sense to me each time.ah yes, I can certainly imagine the response, well if you really want to say hi to the planets core for a while then I certainly can't stop you. It would be nice for the writer and maker of this very nice idea, not to mention your personal health in game to start thinking with your head insted of other componants. This goes for any of the other thinly veiled attempts that I have been seeing in another thread.

It seems like you are implying that Imoen would use Imprison on the PC if he tried to make a move on her.

I didn't get that from her text, but it wouldn't suprise me either.Additionally, I'm pretty sure Viconia really loved her brother, like... a woman loves man. The feeling seemed mutual, too.

I /think/ he's saying we're/your going to hell if you write a incest script, and to stop thinking with what's between your/our legs, and use your/our head before you get hurt (guessing hell would hurt a bit?). And that he noticed that there's been onther attempts to talk about incest between Imoen and the PC in other threads.
I THINK that's what's he's saying, the post is very vague.

Nor would I call it an example in thinking, rather one of ego.

Drow have no qualms about incest, in the Dark Elf trilogy Drizzt's sister tries to sleep with him.
