Yes, the BG-2 Edwins fabled nose ring. Some love it and some hate it but will there be anything done about it in this mod? Could there be a point where you could convince him to take it out, or leave it in or something? (I personally dont like his BG2 portrait. I allways replace it.)

You'll at least have the opportunity to tell him how awful you think it is - since I hate it myself. :D The BG1 portrait for Edwin will be an optional component, that's the one I always use as I much prefer it.

Well, in the extended chats I'm currently writing for Edwin (to be programmed at a later date) you can either compliment or tease him about the nose ring. Something for everybody, in other words. ;)

The portrait can always be edited to delete the nosering.

Ps: Personally, i love his BG2 portrait :D

Well, I fell in love with the BG2 picture before I even saw the BG1 picture...but I have to go with the picture from BG1. I'm not really all that fond of the nosering, it's ok. I like his eyebrow ring heaps more than the nosering.
But either way he is one sexy red wizard! With a veeerrryyy sexy accent!

couldn't you take a portrait without the ring and have a dialogue where he takes it out? that would be easy.
Black Wyrm Forums host of the World Transition Project, Beastial Animations, and much more!

And the raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting
On the pallid bust of Pallas just above my chamber door;
And his eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming,
And the lamp-light o'er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor;
And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor
Shall be lifted - nevermore!

Yes, but there's a reason why not, since one of the epilogues does mention the nose ring.
