Because that server was slow and has just been replaced with a faster one. Blackwyrm has always been one of the main mrror sites.
Tired of Bhaal? Try some classics mods instead:

What in the world... BPv161G-FULL is not the complete BP ?
I have to download more?
I just ran BPv161G-FULL.exe, and installed it to BG2 folder. It asked me to overwrite so ofcourse I said yes thinking "So I guess the mods are getting installed now then" ... So now I have messed up my BG2 folder?
Dont say "install this to your BG2 folder" in the install when that is not what im suposed to do!!! :|

It has been said before, if you are green to mods (never really playing them before) don't mess with BP. It is big and complicated. There are dozens of messages here about failed installs, I would say half of those are because the person didn't want to take the time to read a few messages about the install process (which is posted at the top of the forum). You have to get all the parts together before installing this megamod.
