Remember in the un-modded game that Irenicus quoted in his journal that the 'elf' in Bodhi was trying to resist what she had become.

Good point, good point... but I think it was more of 'revels in her carnal state (?)even the elf within despises what she has become'

Need to check the exact quote. Yup, even Bodhi was once an elf... but I don't see elvenness as 'goodness', rather it is a special set of mind and way of living that is 'different'. I am trying to write the whole Jon - Bodhi dynamics in the BGA right now, and gosh it is tough...

Freedom cannot be equated with goodness, virtue, or perfection. Freedom has its own unique self-contained nature; freedom is freedom ? not universal goodness. Any confusion or deliberate equalization of freedom with goodness and excellence is in itself negation of freedom, and acceptance of the path of restraint and enforcement.

Nikolai Berdyaev - Christian Existentialist, Philosopher of Freedom.
