Alright, whenever I download the Chloe mod, it makes it so I have to open it on Winamp(Music program) and I don't know how to switch it.. -feels pretty stupid- A little help? ;;;

Right click. Open with. Winzip/Winrar.

I tried it and it won't work.. Well, it wouldn't let me download it because it didn't have the right icon.. -tries to download it again- :bash:

I had a similar prob with Winrar trying to open everything I downloaded. I uninstalled it, downloaded the mod, then re-installed it - when I re-installed winrar I found it prompted me to select which things it should automatically open, so I de-selected most of the things it had nnoyed me by opening. You may find you can do something simliar with your Winamp prog.
