I'm on Chapter 3 right now, and finished basically every quest possible. Problem is, I've only gotten through the friendly dialogues, up to when Chloe asked me to tell her a funny story. I know I need to get up to the third romance dialogue before safely retrieving Immy, but...these talks are occuring very sporadically. Sometimes I'll just leave the game unpaused while I take a shower or have dinner in hopes of Chloe starting a dialogue while I'm gone. Is there anything I should be doing to make this go faster, or should I just keep waiting?
Need to stall...or is something wrong?

Keep the game paused while waiting. Then when you get back, save, unpause, and you'll get the dialogues as well (with a save made beforehand if you mess them up 
).
Just take your time with the game, I got all the neccessary talks before I reached Brynnlaw.
