I want to thank you very much for your patience and support

The Longer Road Mod is now complete -- here is the site for the full public download.

(well, I am not sure if I should call it a Beta -- it is a final version and it was fully tested by a few brave souls, still it is a first public release)

Absolutely -- you can grab either of two packages or both zip and exe.

To think of it, I might come with another updatge soonish -- more voices for various critters.

But sure enough v 1.1 is the latest so far.

Hi! Ehm am i the only one that the zip file wont install? i downloaded it and extract the files in my bg2 section i  press the setup its starts but never finishes and says something about errors If its my fault i would appreciate the help Just guys dont tell me to unistall it and install it again cause as i said it never finishes the installation just cuts out the screen and returns to my desktop! And btw i tried to play but at the begging when ellesime comes to me she speaks but no dialogues appear just the empty space... hope it helps to understand the problem

To help some more i tried to download the .exe file too but when i try to install its says :CRC failed in LR\are\tisunpack.exe , unexpected end of archive . Which i think its the same problem with the zip file.. Thats all

I tested both exe and zip of the version 1.2 on my system after completely wiping out the game and reinstalling it -- they work. You probably have corrupted downloads or corrupted installation.

The zip size of v 1.2 should be exactly : 7,260 KB, and exe file : 7,064 KB

Try reinstalling SoA ToB and the patch before installing LR . I am sorry I cannot help you with much else -- but my download worked so it cannot be the corrupted file in the LR package.

I meant to post this a while ago, but I got busy and it completely slipped my mind until I saw the forum again today.

I played TLR a few weeks ago, and I gotta say, it was VERY well done, dorotea! I enjoyed it tremendously, and I love how you wrote Irenicus. It was nice to play a mod that was actually challenging in the way you role played it (I did a lot of reloading to get the ending/responses I wanted out of Jon), and was a rewarding experience overall.

So I guess I just wanted to say thanks. Definitely enjoyed this, and definitely reccomend this! :thumbsup:
