I'm in chapter 6. Imoen is in the party and neither Imoen nor Chloe have ever died, been petrified or kicked out of the party.
The protagonist is a Neutral Evil female elf with Int 15 and Cha 19.
I have not yet entered the Graveyard district after returning from the Underdark.

Here are the figures from SK:
Chloegtkucr -1
Chloegtkuwhencampingcr 2
Chloeinterest 12
Chloemildflirtscr 2
Chloenormalcr 2
Chloequestionscr 15
ChloeRomanceActiveCR 3
Chloeromanticcr 2
Chlovetalkscr 11
Chlovetalkstimercr 2101009

How do I fix it so that the romance and any possible Chloe related quests continue?

two questions: 1. when you were in the underdark (or at any other time), di dyr intelligence get drained by mind flayers? 2. do you have any romances currently going with other NPCs? if 'yes' to either, that would explain with chloeromanceactivecr=3 (which means the romance is over). otherwise, you have satisfied the minimum requirements of chloeinterest and of INT and CHA. you can try a

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("chloeromanceactivecr","GLOBAL",1)

to start the romance up again. it's worth checking soon after, using the CLUAConsole or SK, that this variable is *still* set to 1. if there is some other reason for it being set to 3, it will reset itself to 3 after you change it back to 1.

I think Chloe was drained down to Int 2 or something by the mind flayers, but IIRC the protagonist was not drained. I could be mistaken though.

I'll set romanceactive to 1 and se what happens as you suggest.

Ok, that "Guest" was me.

I think Chloe and Imoen might be in a romance, will that effect the Chloe-protagonist romance after I set it back to "1"?

Well the Chloe-Imoen romance gets activated when the Chloe-PC romance gets set to 3. Change the Chloe-Imoen romance variable to 0 and the Chloe-PC romance variable to 1. I think the Imoen romance one is like... ChloeImoenRomanceCR or something like that? I don't know. Oh wait, I can check the baf files...

Ok do:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("ImoenChloeRomanceActiveCR","GLOBAL",3)

and then:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("ChloeRomanceActiveCR","GLOBAL",1)

And you can always check a variable in game by doing GetGlobal instead of SetGlobal with the above.
