Starting the change-log.bat
And to let you know: WA had the same issue and already found out, so Do not install Enemyupgrade.
It gives you an insane random XP boost.

So Enemy Upgrade was the guilty mod... I had a vague suspicion that it might be to blame but it was better to make sure. I posted the result of the changelog just in case it might give some insight. Thanks for the help Dabus, I will start the install yet again... Like Darpaek said once... "Fourth time's the charm!!!"
