Hi all,
Has something gone wrong with some of the items?
I am running a Tactical installation, and all fire arrows cause a Fire Storm when I use them. Kobolds with Fire Arrows still just get fire arrow effects. A lot of hobgoblins are armed with Arrows of Cloudkill instead of poisoned arrows. Any idea what's going on?

I remember someone (Konolan?) was working on a mod that enhances arrows the way you're describing them. Check if you have included that component in your install (open the weidu.log file located in your install folder using NotePad or the like).

kthxbye is right, you have installed Konalan's Tweaks. The problem exist since the new Konalan's Tweaks version, because the component numbers are changed and the Install.bat uses the component numbers of the older Konalan's Tweaks version. To install it correctly you must change the line like this:

%IFS%KonTwk%S%KonTwk%L%0%SK% 11 13 14 15 --logapp | %M%

I took the arrows from the backup in the kontwk folder and dumped them in the override, it fixed the problem for me

There was a reply for that in somewhere...
Just use the backup files from the <game directory>/KonTwk/Backup/15/
...so yes, but you'll have to live with the 40 max arrows of whatever, if you do that.
