Like the name says it is about items that can't be sold although they should be :).

First of all, stuff that Ruad makes is worth 0GP and therefore it can't be sold but that makes no sense since thats all good stuff that should be worth something. Other items are either worth 0GP or more and they can't be sold although they should be.

Robe of Enduring - found in the temple sewers, worth 0GP, should be worth something
Flail +3 "Flaming Death" - found in the temple sewers, worth 4350GP
Thunder's Bane - found in the temple area (locked/secret compound on Sion?), worth 1500GP
Semaj's Cloak - introduced from BG1 to BG2 by BGTTweak, worth 525GP
Dagger of "insert PC name" +1 - Planar Sphere Stronghold, worth 1GP
Trolls Skin +4 - don't remember where I got this, worth 1050GP
Moon Dog Figurine - Ranger Stronghold, worth 0GP, should be worth something
Green Dragon's Sword +4 - General Chang, Firkraag's dungeon entrance, worth 10500GP
Carsomyr +4 "Holy Avenger" - worth 2250GP
Corthala Family Blade +2 - 0GP, I can sell the armor but not the blade?

I'm sure I'll find more stuff that can't be sold (well there were some others but I kinda lost them :D). If you know the name of the mod where the item belongs to tell me so I can post it there, as for items that were already there, I don't know, fixpack maybe?

Where are you getting the "should be worth" numbers from? They seem kinda low to me.

Ruad's items should indeed be re-sellable, considering all the money he squeezes out of us...

Some of those items are from one of the CoM mods. "CoM encounters"...maybe you have it installed.

1) Flail- Flaming Death tagged as unsellable.

2) Green Dragon Sword and are tagged as unsellable in their ITM file.

Untick the appropriate box (Unsellable) using NI for the item and I do not think they are quest specific items although I am not 100% sure.

Don't know about the RUAD stuff.

In the barter window.

I will try that and they are not quest specific just usual junk.

As Hoppy suggested I removed the unsellable flag from those items that had it and I also changed the 0GP price tags to another value, now everything is fine. Only thing remaining is to report the stuff to appropriate threads. I still need the mod names for Thunder's Bane, Trolls Skin +4 & Robe of Enduring.

Flail +3 "Flaming Death" & Green Dragon's Sword +4 - they were just flagged as unsellable, removing the flag solves the problem, reported to com forums
Thunder's Bane (DEITM026) - removing the flag solves the problem
Robe of Enduring (B#ROBE02) - the price was set to 0 so it couldn't be sold, I changed to 100 and was able to sell it
Trolls Skin +4 (PLATJ4.ITM) - removing the flag solves the problem
Semaj's Cloak - removing the flag solves the problem
Dagger of <charname> +1 (DAGG19.ITM) - removing the flag solves the problem (item is from vanilla bg2)
Moon Dog Figurine (MISC7T.ITM) - flagged as unsellable and price was set 0GP, changed to 200GP (item is from vanilla bg2)
Carsomyr +4 "Holy Avenger" (SW2H10.ITM) - was flagged as unsellable, NI says price is 22500GP but ingame it is only 2250GP? (item is from vanilla bg2)
Corthala Family Blade +2 (NPSW04) - price was just set to 0GP, changed to 100GP (item is from vanilla bg2)

Does anyone have just BG2+ToB+patch installed?, if so could you check if Dagger of <charname> +1 (DAGG19.ITM), Moon Dog Figurine (MISC7T.ITM), Carsomyr +4 "Holy Avenger" (SW2H10.ITM), Corthala Family Blade +2 (NPSW04) items can be sold or not. I wanna be sure before I post it in fixpack forums over at G3 :D.

Does anyone have just BG2+ToB+patch installed?... Carsomyr +4 "Holy Avenger" (SW2H10.ITM)

There is no such item, in the vanilla game  , as it most probably comes from the Item Revision.

Easies way to check which mods modify items, is to use the --change-log function in WeiDU:
Go to the game directory.
Make a directory called "results".
Run the WeiDU.exe, and if you don't have one, make it from one of the setup-*modname.exe's by copying and renaming it as WeiDU.exe, and then run it.
Push about 10 time Enter and a console appeares.
Insert this:
--change-log sw2h10.itm --out results --out results/log.txt

Then use the same code with all the other items.

Call me an idiot but I honestly don't see the point of that . All I want to know is if the items are unsellable in a unmoded game.

You could always install BGII-SoA + ToB + 26498 Patch in a separate directory and check it for yourself.

Ok, so as for; Flail +3 "Flaming Death" & Green Dragon's Sword +4, Thunder's Bane (DEITM026), Robe of Enduring (B#ROBE02), Trolls Skin +4 (PLATJ4.ITM) or PLATJ4.ITM: there is no such items in the game.
Dagger of <charname> +1 (DAGG19.ITM), the price variable is 2 and it's sell able.
Moon Dog Figurine (MISC7T.ITM), the price is 0 and unsellable flag.
Carsomyr +5 "Holy Avenger" (SW2H10.ITM), the price variable is 20 000, and it is sell able.
Corthala Family Blade +2 (NPSW04), the price is 20, and it's sell able.

The variable and flags are from the NearInfinity, so the reputation etc. things might depend...

You could always install BGII-SoA + ToB + 26498 Patch in a separate directory and check it for yourself.

It's not that easy, as the ToB uses the Windows InstallShield, so you have to either copy the directory before or use the MultiInstall tool to gain the other copy.

Moon Dog Figurine (MISC7T.ITM), the price is 0 and unsellable flag. -> same, I guess no mod changed it
Carsomyr +5 "Holy Avenger" (SW2H10.ITM), the price variable is 20 000, and it is sell able. -> isn't it Carsomyr +4 and 22500, +5 is in ToB

And this is from an unmoded game, now I'm confused, I guess some mod messed with the items to much after all.

No, the SW2H10 is 20 000 and it's +5, and the SW2H19 is 25 000 and it's +6. Now, if you do not believe me, you can check them from here.
Or read this:

Enchantment level is reduced by 1: this is "necessary" in order to differentiate it from the upgraded version, and it also helps reducing the sword's power.
...
Notes: the improved Carsomyr is "nerfed" to +5 (weapons with +6 enchantment bypass Absolute Immunity, which is unfair imo), granting +5% magic resistance, +3 damage vs. evil and better Dispelling abilities compared to the unimproved version.

Thunder Bane is from Freedom's Reign/ Reign of Virtue
and Trolls Skin +4 is Deeper Shadows of Amn.

Tortured Souls changes Valygar's Blade and was probably tagged as unsellable for Valygar to banter about since TS adds a Valygar romance.

Of course I believe you, I just forgot about item revision (thats another item I have to comment out :D).

@Hoppy

Thanks , however I can't find Thunder's Bane anywhere.

Well people, thanks for your help, now I just have to solve these problems more permanently. This is what I did so far:

Troll Skin +4 - the item is from DSoA so I checked the item there and it had unsellable flag so I removed it and hopefully that will solve the problem on future installs.
Robe of Endurance - there are two of these items added to the game, one through Grimuars however that one is fine (no unsellable flag, price is there) and another through Revised Battles and that one had no price set so I changed it to 200
Semaj's Cloak - the item is from BGTTweak and it had unsellable flag already there (can anyone give me a link to BGTTweak bug report, I'm to blind to find it )
Libram of Desmondal - it's from CtB and it had no price so I changed that

I will leave Valygar's Blade as it is since he needs it :D.
