Mage starting hitpoints are wrong

A gamer in MegaModHelp reported the following:

I did a test once on BG1 and put CON to 3 on a Mage (all his other stats were the lowest they could get) and he had 10 HP's

Depends on the version this user is using. Only the latest WIP works correctly.

I've asked the gamer in the given link which BGT version he use. So we can see, if he use the newest WIP one.

Fair enough, anyway I've tested on my system and it works fine with the latest WIP.
