@ Karandras: I use BP2.7, Bab, IFT2.1 Enaylia Facial textures, and chargen with numbers( don't know if you've got it, its very usefull adds numbers(from -1000 too 1000) to the sliders in the RACEMENU, if you don't use it already get it here)
the main thing is complexion and just the skin I don't recall doing anything to the beard (DUH ) and lips, eyes and nose are relatively minor
Its something like this:

• Age:-922
  
• Complexion:527
  
• SKIN flushed/pale:500
  
• dark/light:400
  
• blue/yellow:-100
  
• purple/orange:84
  
• blushlight/flushed:-200

the numbers are in the correct order don't know about the exact description of the sliders but it's all in the first one
Oh at the moment I'm not using HDR but bloom and AA because I got tired of the searchlight brightness but that shouldn't really matter I think.

EDIT: this comment is probably useless but I never touch the complexion after the Initial choice it alters way to much. But you already knew that, right?
