Ok, so I'm playing BG2 with SoS, TDD, CtB, RoT, TS_BP and BP installed (this installation), and I've chosen for my CHARNAME to be a sorcerer. However, it seems that a mod, I believe it's TDD, is installing so many extra arcane spells that I lose some of the original spells from the bottom of the screen, most notably Stoneskin, which is a cornerstone of my defensive practice with all mages. Do you know of a way I can get them back, perhaps by removing some of the spells? But if so, which ones? I am aware of the item "Gloves (Gauntlets?) of the Priestly Ranger", which counteract this effect for the Cleric/Ranger dual- & multi-class, is there something similar for Sorcerers which will limit their spell choice?
Many thanks for any suggestions,
Capreolus

You can always use shadowkeeper to delete/add in spells for the sorcerer's spellbook if you can't select them.

I am starting a side game with a diviner, mainly because of the CtB class specific quests and you do have other spells that may be from CtB also. At least for me there is "decastave" and one other one that is CtB. If I use it something really "special" happens. No spoiler
You can still get a scroll of stoneskin and memorise it

You can't learn spells from scrolls when you play sorcerer.

Sorry, never played as one. You can still use them correct?

I doubt he can use scrolls at all. He just has a fixed number of spells in his spellbook ( few ones that he chooses only when he levels up) and further from that there is no other way he can learn spells or cast them. His memorization is much better having loads of more spells per day and he never selects which to cast each day but he only has few of them to select in his spellbook but is versatile.
During a combat he may either cast 4 fireballs or 4 flame arrows for example. Or 4 dispel magics or any combinations provided he has added those spells in the spellbook with his leveling ^^

Sorcerers can cast from scrolls, but they only learn spells through levelling up.
