Hi everyone,

I know, just as well as you know, that the site and forum has been down during long chunks of time the last few days. This is because a mechanism in the server which suspends SHS every time we use too much of the server's power. When this happens, I have to exchange a number of e-mails with the host to get them to unsuspend the site, and the time that takes is because of me not being available and uncharacteristically slow response times from the host.

I'm at loss as to why this happens. We don't get abnormal traffic and don't do anything we haven't done for the past year. All I can ask is a bit of patience until we get this whole thing off the current environment, and onto a new server.
