I`ve ventured through the caves found the flaming fist compound lookalike and killed teh duegars.
I`ve taken the hammer from the Trollslayer and kicked him from party(he doesnt talk to me after that it says he has nothing to say - is it a bug?)
Ventured lover(by the exit leading to basement in normal compound) to the firewine ruins lookalike and i`ve got stuck there. There is no exit even there where i`ve comed from.

The way in is the way back out of this level. There are no other doors. And I assume you meant the Ulcaster ruins lookalike? The Firewine areas always have the East, South, and West exits.

NPC's have nothing really to say. This is one of the parts of DSotSC that is lacking. No one has volunteered to add dialogs to these NPCs.

No i mean firewine ruins...
there are two ways of the flaming fist compound
first(stairs which normaly lead to gran duke) lead normaly further to the cloakwood mines lookalike :)
second(the way to the basement) leads to the firewine ruins lookalike and you are nearly teleported there - you begin adventuring in the place which isn`t even near one of the three exits and it`s a solid rock normally(there is no exit there now or in normal ruins) and all normal exits are not working. i`ve tried every one searching the places where exits sholud be for about 5 minutes and cursor did not change.

Yeah, I just ran into this problem as well.... the area is DSC028 I had a couple of other bugs on this quest through the caves. The first is that in the cloakwood mines lookalike there are still some guards from the cloakwood mines that have the same dialog. Like the guard talking about losing the starch in his maypole. With a bunch of the recycled areas if you rest you get the encounters that were originally tied to that area. Firewine - kobolds, cloakwood - human guards. One of the encounters I got while trying to rest was the Duergar skeleton summoner (or something like that) There were about ten of them and they each spouted off a dialog about their minions getting me, and then they just stand there while I mop up the floor with them. One thought I had while running through this is How crazy this would be if the duergar were all Horred's improved duergar. Might be a cool mod for the insane.

That`s true i didn`t sleep there but i`ve met black talons too.

This is an old bug that seems to have come back. The area should look like the Ulcaster dungeon. For some reason the area file points to the graphics of the Firewine dungeon. Therefore, doorways, entrances and the like are all screwed up. Place this fixed area into you override. You will need to load a saved game from before entering here, or use NI to edit your saved game and remove area DSC028 from your game.

And about Trollslayer... IIRC in initial versions he simply left if you don't take him along giving you the hammer.

So he will leave you if without giving you the hammer? I thought the dialog was that he will not give you the hammer if you don't agree to help him (of course killing him gives you the hammer). There are actually several dialogs during the fight. I guess I should check them to make sure there is an option of getting the hammer without having to get him.
